Our increasingly fast-paced new world is now described in terms of VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) and so leaders need to be able to operate in this environment and be able to perform under different situations. Dealing with different situations requires different approaches, hence situational leadership is an important concept to understand and work towards. A good leader needs to know their preferred style, and also how and when to use other styles for optimum performance.

This course has an option to support and assess those candidates who want to achieve an internationally recognised qualification.

Pre-course requirements

There are no formal pre-qualification requirement to do this course.

English language skill level 6 or higher in IELTS, or equivalent is recommended, but not mandatory, for those whom the first language is not English.

Assessment

No formal assessment

We can offer this workshop with an internationally recognized accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

ILM accreditation and Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management requires delegates to submit a portfolio of evidence for formal assessment. If this option is selected, we allow time in the workshop to start preparing this portfolio and will provide online tutor support.

Certificate

Certificate of attendance for those who completed the course.

For those who submitted portfolio of evidence for formal assessment, and on meeting the pass threshold of the required professional standards will get Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.
